A Holistic Practice Built on Genuine Care
“I believe the body has an extraordinary capacity to heal itself when given the right conditions. My role is simply to create the space for that.”
With over 8 years of experience in reflexology and complementary therapies, I work with clients who are ready to invest in their wellbeing in a meaningful, natural way. Every client receives my complete attention — sessions are never rushed, always personal.
I work from a calm, dedicated therapy room and also offer home visits for clients who prefer a familiar environment.
Registered, Insured & Recognised
I am a Registered Reflexology Practitioner and a member of the National Register of Reflexologists Ireland (NRRI). I am fully insured to practise as a Clinical Reflexologist and am recognised by major Irish health insurance providers.
I have completed a range of professional training courses and certifications in reflexology and complementary therapies, supporting my commitment to providing high-quality, client-focused care.
