About Your Therapist

A Holistic Practice Built on Genuine Care

“I believe the body has an extraordinary capacity to heal itself when given the right conditions. My role is simply to create the space for that.”

With over 8 years of experience in reflexology and complementary therapies, I work with clients who are ready to invest in their wellbeing in a meaningful, natural way. Every client receives my complete attention — sessions are never rushed, always personal.

I work from a calm, dedicated therapy room and also offer home visits for clients who prefer a familiar environment.

Common Questions

Everything You Want to Know

You'll be seated comfortably in a recliner chair or on a treatment couch, fully clothed except for your feet. I'll begin with a relaxing warm-up massage before working through all the reflex zones systematically. Sessions are quiet, warm, and deeply calming — many clients drift into a light sleep.
Reflexology should not be painful. You may occasionally feel a tender or sensitive spot, which indicates congestion in the corresponding body system — but I always work within your comfort level. Most clients describe the sensation as intensely relaxing.
Comfortable, loose clothing is ideal. You only need to remove your socks and shoes, so there's no need to change. I recommend avoiding heavy meals in the hour before your session and drinking plenty of water afterwards.
For general relaxation and wellbeing, even a single session is beneficial. For specific concerns like insomnia, anxiety, or hormonal imbalance, a course of 4–6 weekly sessions is usually recommended to build momentum. I'll advise you personally after your first appointment.
Reflexology can be wonderfully supportive during pregnancy, particularly for relaxation, back pain, and swelling. I offer adapted sessions for pregnancy, however I ask that you are past the first trimester and have GP clearance. Please mention your pregnancy when booking.
Absolutely — this is one of the most common reasons clients come to me. Reflexology activates the parasympathetic nervous system (your "rest and digest" state), which counteracts the body's stress response. Clients consistently report feeling calmer, clearer, and more grounded after their session.

Take Time for Yourself Today

You don't need to be unwell to benefit from reflexology. Many clients simply come to feel better, think clearer, and live with less tension.
