Terms & Conditions

Reflexology and complementary therapy treatments are provided by Martina O'Dowd, a qualified practitioner registered with the Association of Reflexologists (AoR) and the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

Treatments are complementary — they do not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult your GP for medical concerns.

• Bookings are made through this website. You'll receive a confirmation email containing a private link to manage your appointment.
• You are responsible for providing accurate contact details so we can reach you if anything changes.
• Each appointment is held for the duration shown at booking time. Please arrive 5 minutes early.

Payment is taken at booking time via Stripe. Your card is authorised but not chargeduntil your appointment is completed (or in the event of a late cancellation — see below). We accept all major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

All prices are in Euros and include VAT where applicable.

We try to be flexible — but late changes are hard to refill. The policy is:

• More than 24 hours before your appointment: free cancellation, full refund or reschedule.
• Within 24 hours of your appointment: no refund — the full amount is charged.
• No-shows are charged in full.
• You can reschedule up to three times through your private booking link, free of charge if done more than 24 hours ahead.

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days. If you have a concern with your treatment, please contact us within 7 days and we'll do our best to resolve it.

Some conditions affect whether reflexology is appropriate (e.g. certain pregnancies, recent surgery, acute illness). Please disclose relevant health information when booking or before your session starts. Treatment may be modified or postponed if needed for your safety — no fee will be charged if we ask you to postpone for a medical reason.

All information shared during a session is treated as confidential and is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Reflexology By Martina is fully insured. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the treatment. We accept no liability for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes that fall outside our control.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your booking is the one in force on the date you confirmed it. The current date is shown at the top of this page.
